What is DailyPay?

DailyPay is a financial technology company that enables employees and contractors to access their earned, but unpaid wages before their regularly scheduled payday. For employers, offering DailyPay as a benefit meaningfully reduces turnover and absenteeism.

How does it work?

Each day you work, you build up an Available Balance. You can then request money from your Available Balance whenever you want.

How fast can I receive money?

With DailyPay Now you’ll receive a transfer instantly, including over weekends and on holidays. Read more about DailyPay Now in our help center here.

How much does it cost?

There is no cost to create or register your DailyPay account. We only apply a small fee, as low as $1.99, when you request money ahead of your regular payday.

Is this a loan?

No. We only transfer the income that you have earned.

Do I need a Social Security number?


So what do I need to sign up?

A bank account, prepaid debit card, or payroll card so DailyPay knows where to send your payments. We may require additional information from W2 employees if it hasn’t been provided by your company.

How are payments sent?

We utilize Visa and Mastercard networks for our Instant transfers and the ACH network for next business day transfers.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

Never. You can discontinue using your account whenever you’d like, without any penalties. Simply log into your account to make any changes.

Does my company offer DailyPay?

It’s likely. However, if you do not see your company listed when signing up then inquire with your HR department about offering DailyPay.

Are you affiliated with my company?

It depends. We partner directly with some companies' HR teams and are an independent 3rd party with others. For specific questions regarding your company, please contact us.

What type of security do you use?

We use bank level security to encrypt all of your personal information.
